Custom Orders

By submitting an order for a custom/personalized piece you are indicating that you understand that custom jewellery is not returnable/refundable. However, there is a full satisfaction guarantee for replacement or repair of the piece if it does not match the specifications as agreed to in the initial order, or if there is a defect in materials or workmanship. Contact will be made with you (the purchaser) throughout the process and finalized approval will be required prior to shipment/delivery of the piece(s).

• Due to the nature of my work, each piece you see has been handcrafted and hand-stamped making it uniquely individual.

• I personally cut the copper and aluminum, create, stamp, ink, photograph, package and ship every single item myself and I take great care to ensure that each and every one of my customers has an amazing shopping experience.

• Hand-stamped jewellery and accessories are beautifully unique in that great care and dedication are invested into every aspect of creation and each piece is made with individuality in mind.
